CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin (Fit Stack)
Description:
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are two peptides commonly stacked together because they act on the growth hormone axis through complementary, non-overlapping mechanisms.
CJC-1295
It’s a synthetic analog of GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone). It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary and stimulates the gland to produce and release growth hormone. There are two common versions:
Ipamorelin
This is a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) — a ghrelin receptor agonist. It stimulates GH release through a completely different receptor pathway than CJC-1295. It’s generally considered the most “selective” GHRP available, meaning it stimulates GH release with comparatively little effect on cortisol, prolactin, or appetite (ghrelin’s other main effects), which is why it’s favored over older GHRPs like GHRP-6 or GHRP-2 that tend to spike hunger and cortisol more significantly.
Why they’re stacked together
Because they act on two separate receptors (GHRH receptor vs. ghrelin receptor) that converge on the same outcome — GH release from the pituitary — the combination is thought to produce a synergistic effect greater than either compound alone. The rationale: CJC-1295 increases the amount of GH the pituitary is primed to release, while Ipamorelin triggers the release itself, and together they produce a stronger pulse than either would individually.
Benefits:
Increased GH levels directly upregulate lipolysis (the breakdown of stored body fat for fuel). At the same time, it increases downstream IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) levels, which supports protein synthesis. This makes it easier to preserve or build lean muscle mass while operating in a caloric deficit.
While BPC/TB handles acute soft tissue tears, the CJC/Ipamorelin stack improves overall systemic recovery. It drastically accelerates deep tissue repair, helps reduce systemic muscle soreness after high-intensity training, and strengthens connective tissue over time.
Growth hormone is naturally secreted during deep, slow-wave sleep. By reinforcing these natural rhythms, users frequently experience a substantial increase in sleep quality and REM states. Better sleep directly translates to improved central nervous system (CNS) recovery, cognitive clarity, and lower waking cortisol (stress hormone) levels.
Higher circulating GH and IGF-1 levels promote cellular turnover, leading to better skin elasticity, healthier hair, improved joint lubrication, and more robust immune function.
